ONE LOST VETERAN IS TOO MANY
22 veterans die by suicide every day. Our mission is to bring public awareness to veteran suicide and to assist veterans in coping with the stress and difficulties in transitioning from active duty military to civilian life. Your monthly contribution will help us fight the war against veteran suicide.
YOUR DONATION IS OUR AMMUNITION TO FIGHT THE WAR AGAINST VETERAN SUICIDE.
Every home needs a strong foundation. Your contribution of $500 will help Project Diehard acquire the land needed to make Fort Hope a reality. In return for your donation, your name or the name of your service member will be carved in stone in a place of honor on Fort Hope.
A volunteer is a person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task at no financial gain.
We are very grateful of our volunteers. These individuals may not be able to make a monetary contribution, but they donate when they can and help out in whatever ways are available to them. Most importantly, volunteers give their time to help spread the word about Project Diehard and veteran suicide by having a great heart and open ear.
A patron is a person who gives financial support to a person, organization, cause, or activity.
We gladly accept the support of our patrons. We have found that our patrons live busy lives, but are supporting the mission by giving a monthly monetary donation which helps us budget for all the necessary expenses and costs.
Do you have a special trade or skill that you can share with our veterans? Propose a project.
A veteran can find therapy in many ways such as art, writing, working on their hands, and so on. At Fort Hope, we strive to give a veteran every opportunity to find that outlet. Projects built at the shop will be raffled, auctioned off and funds returned to Project Diehard to continue our mission.
Amounts listed below are in $22 increments, in honor of the 22 lives lost to suicide each and every day. We encourage you to commit to a monthly donation level suggested below, but no amount is too small.
